Villa Farnese in Caprarola, Italy, was built in 1560 by the architect Giacomo Vignola for the Cardinal and later pope Farnese. The shape is a very particular pentagon, as it was thought as a fortress. The interior is painted by the two brothers Zuccheri. The most famous pictures are in the MAP - ROOM where the geographic world is painted as it was known in the early 17 th century.

The gardens are sensational and will be photographed later. Inside it was not allowed to take pictures
